Effective date for this warranty is January 21, 2000.
There is no other warranty expressed or implied. Manufacturer's warranty guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship originating at the point or manufacturing. Manufacturer will repair or replace, at the manufacturers sole discretion, any floor module found to be defective and will not be held responsible for any other damages either direct or consequential.
Manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is strictly limited to the original owner of our products and is not transferable.
Manufacturers floor module(s) is/are warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to the original client.
Manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused in whole or in part by casualty, ordinary wear, abuse, use or method of use for which the module is not designed or intended, fault construction of the building, settlement of the building, failure of the subfloor, and excessive moisture from humidity, spillage, migration through the slab, or any other source
Any description of our products provided by the seller has been made part for the sole purpose of identifying the goods. No description of the goods being sold has been made on the basis of a bargain or has been created to an express warranty that the goods would conform to any description.
Any sample or model is for illustrative purposes only. No sample or model has been made part of the basis of the bargain created or amounted to an express warranty that the whole of the goods would conform to the sample or model.
Seller disclaims any warranty of the merchantability with respect to the goods being sold.
Seller disclaims any warranty of the fitness for any particular purpose whatsoever with respect to the goods being sold and buyer acknowledges that he or she is not relying on the seller's skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any practical purpose.
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, that extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty statement or any contracts executed herewith.
