Your O'Mara Sprung Floor will come in one or more hardwood crates. You will need a Phillips head screw gun to open the crate(s). The customer is responsible for off-loading, in which two people will need to unload the panels from the freight truck one by one to two people onto the ground.
For smaller floors, you may request lift gate service. For an extra charge, the crate will be taken off the freight truck and placed on the ground, where you will then open the crate and unload the panels.
